Where can I contact you?

For questions about your ORDER please email me at [email protected]! Please include your order # and email used to purchase! For other questions you can DM me either on Instagram! However, those may get lost! PLEASE email me if you can, ESPECIALLY if it is important!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I do! As long as your country is accepting mail from the US! If you are not sure if your country is accepting mail, it is best to ask your local post office! If you are from the UK/EU, and you are NOT buying stickers, please go to my etsy shop to place your order. Any orders placed for those regions through this site will be cancelled. You are also free to open a GO for your country! Email me at [email protected] if you are interested!

Do you use tracked shipping?

Stickers will be sent through STAMPED shipping! If you are not comfortable with this, please do not purchase. Other products will be shipped with tracking. Once you receive an email confirming a tracking number, please give it some time to update.

How much is shipping?

Stamped shipping is $1.50 US, $2 WW. Tracked shipping starts at $4.

When will my order ship?

I will pack orders as soon as I can! Please give me around 1-3 days to package things! If there are any delays I will be updating my Instagram page!

Will you restock _____?

If there is enough interest for a product restock then it will be restocked!

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

I do not accept returns for these items. However, I will allow exchanges or refunds if:

-Your item was damaged (I will ask for photo proof) 

-You received an incorrect item

I cannot accept refunds or cancellations if you make the incorrect purchase :( Please double check your address and your cart before purchasing! If you notice something incorrect PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP!!!! 

***I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL! I HAVE MAILED MULTIPLE THINGS THROUGH STAMPED MAIL BEFORE AND EVERYTHING HAS ARRIVED SAFELY!! IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER YOU CAN EMAIL ME AND I CAN DO MY BEST TO HELP, BUT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT LOST MAIL. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SHIPPING DELAYS THROUGH USPS AND I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. I ASK THAT YOU ARE PATIENT, BUT IF YOU BELIEVE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER PLEASE EMAIL ME.
